Cancellation Policy

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Orders can only be cancelled before it has been shipped. Once shipped, you may no longer cancel the order. You may refuse the package upon delivery but we do not recommend this as we already spent shipping cost by sending your order and we need to pay the courier again by sending back your order to our office. :)

3. If you availed of a Shipping Fee Promotion (shipping fee voucher) or a Bundle Promo (Buy One, Take One), all items in the order need to be cancelled. This means that if you bought multiple items and you only want to one item; all items have to be cancelled.

4. Once you have successfully cancelled an item, you can no longer retract the cancellation request.

5. If your order got cancelled and the voucher you used has not yet expired, you can still use the voucher for another order.

Three ways to cancel your order:

1. Click cancel button at checkout success page (available once your order is not shipped yet)

PROCEDURE FOR CANCELLATION OF ORDERS (USING PAYMONGO AS MODE OF PAYMENT)

A. Customer Wants to Cancel the Order

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the cancellation is approved.

B. Customer Did Not Provide Necessary Documents
You may be asked to provide verification documents, such as a valid ID and a photo of the credit/debit card used (showing only the last four digits and expiry date).
If the required documents are not provided, the order will be cancelled for security reasons.

Please note: For cancelled transactions, payment gateway fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
